Ingredients: Oat flakes, cashews, red rice, coconut oil, coconut milk, sugar, lontar syrup, coconut syrup, papaya, arenga fruit, sesame seeds.
Apple and granola crispies

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180°C
Step 2: Peel and cut the apples into pieces.
Step 3: Beat the eggs with the powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and butter in a bowl.
Step 4: Add the yeast and flour and stir.
Step 5: Add the apples.
Step 6: Pour the batter into small ovenproof containers.
Step 7: Sprinkle East Bali Cashews granola and almonds over the cakes.
Step 8: Bake for 50 minutes and serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Enjoy !
