Granola Bites Chocolate Vanilla


Sometimes you want take your granola on the go instead of in a bowl. We turned our Chocolate Vanilla Granola into bite-sized clusters that are a perfect early morning snack or afternoon pick-me-up.
Ingredients: Rolled oats, cashew nuts (18%), cane sugar, red rice, coconut oil, lontar syrup, cassava syrup, cacao (2.5%), sea salt, vanilla flavoring (0.5%).

 Granola tiramisu


Serves 6:

  • 300 g East Bali Cashews chocolate granola
  • 80 g brown sugar 
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar 
  • Cocoa powder 
  • 250 g of mascarpone 
  • 3 eggs 
  • Black coffee 

Step 1: Separate the egg whites from the yolks 

Step 2: Beat the egg yolks with the brown sugar and vanilla sugar. 

Step 3: Add the mascarpone to this mixture and mix. 

Step 4: Beat the egg whites until stiff. 

Step 5: Add the egg whites to the mixture. 

Step 6: Soak half of the East Bali Cashews Granola in the coffee and pack into the bottom of the dish. 

Step 7: Top with half of the mascarpone cream and soak the other half of the Granola in coffee. Place on top. 

Step 8: Pour the remaining mascarpone cream into the dish. 

Step 9: Place the tiramisu in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. 

Step 10: Sprinkle the tiramisu with cocoa. Enjoy!
